He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Medaille College in New York. Dr. Forstadt received his clinical and neuropsychological training in forensic and residential treatment settings and has extensive experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for diverse and high acuity patient populations. With 20 years of experience in behavioral health, Dr. Forstadt specializes in program development, integrative models of care, and clinical outcomes evaluation. He has
consulted on the design and refinement of treatment programs to strengthen clinical quality, accessibility, and inclusive service delivery, translating research-informed practices into operationally sound clinical systems. His work integrates rigorous diagnostic methodology with person-centered, clinically responsive care.
