Andrew Taylor is a seasoned mentor, coach, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience guiding young people and families through life’s most critical transitions. He is the founder of Pure Life Adventure, a therapeutic gap semester program in Costa Rica, and Octagon Mentoring, a coaching platform supporting teens, young adults, and their families.
In 2010, Andrew earned his MBA from Westminster College and pursued a Substance Use Disorder Counseling Certificate from the University of Utah. In 2013, he founded Pure Life Adventure, which has served hundreds of families and built a reputation for excellence in international therapeutic programming.
As a business owner himself, Andrew understands firsthand the complex pressures faced by founders—especially those running family-owned or multi-generational businesses. He brings both empathy and structure to conversations around succession, identity, and family dynamics.
