Gregory S. Chasson, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist, award-winning author of Flawed: Why Perfectionism is a Challenge for Management, and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Chicago. For nearly 25 years, he has conducted research and provided clinical services to individuals with autism across the lifespan, while also specializing in obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, including OCD, hoarding, and anxiety. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston with advanced training at Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. A prolific scholar and international speaker, Dr. Chasson has published widely, co-authored a book on CBT for hoarding, chaired the 2021 Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies conference, and serves as a consultant and trainer for the International OCD Foundation.
